Our campsite offers 51 spacious pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, as well as a selection of comfortable accommodation including lodge tents, stilt tents, glamping tents, and a small wooden cabin.
This is a place to slow down, enjoy nature and reconnect with what matters.

Les Rives de Mayenne is a peaceful riverside campsite near Angers,
located in the heart of the Loire Valley.
Set along the banks of the River Mayenne and directly connected to the famous Vélo Francette cycle route, our campsite is an ideal stop for cyclists exploring the Loire Valley.
Surrounded by the protected wetlands of the Basses Vallées Angevines (Natura 2000 area), the campsite is perfect for nature lovers. Guests can enjoy fishing, cycling, hiking, canoeing and river activities in a calm and unspoilt environment.
Camping Les Rives de la Mayenne is also an ideal base for visiting Terra Botanica, the first plant-themed park in Europe. Located just a few minutes from Angers, it attracts families and nature lovers from all over each year.
Staying at our campsite allows you to enjoy a full day at the park, then return in the evening to the peace and freshness of the riverside, away from the bustle of the city.
Choosing a campsite along the Mayenne also means access to a wide range of outdoor activities: relaxing by the water, fishing, canoeing, hiking, and discovering the local heritage.

My name is Alexandra, and I’m delighted to welcome you to Camping Les Rives de la Mayenne, in Montreuil-Juigné, near Angers.
Located by the river, this place is much more than a campsite to me — it’s a space for nature, connection, and discovery. I care deeply about offering a simple and warm welcome, where everyone can take the time to enjoy the surroundings, the river, and the gentle pace of life that Anjou is known for.
Whether you are cycling along the Vélo Francette, visiting with family or friends to explore Terra Botanica, or simply looking for a unique overnight stay or a peaceful break by the Mayenne, I will be happy to welcome you and help you discover the richness of the region.

Good to know: while the campsite enjoys an exceptional natural setting close to the centre of Montreuil-Juigné, it is located alongside a road that can be busy at certain times of the day.
Vehicle access is not permitted within the campsite between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, in order to ensure everyone’s comfort. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate motorhome or van travellers who plan to attend evening events at Terra Botanica.
